New York Partner Robin Adelstein appointed to CPR’s Board of Directors

Global Head of Antitrust and Competition and US Co-Head of Commercial Litigation Robin Adelstein has been appointed to the board of directors of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR).

According to CPR, the board comprises "thought leaders from different backgrounds with a shared goal of preventing disputes and finding ways to resolve them more effectively and efficiently when they do arise." Robin was appointed to the board along with two in-house counsel at global multinationals and two partners at other law firms.

Robin litigates complex, commercial disputes, class actions and multijurisdictional cases before US federal and state courts. She also handles international and domestic arbitrations and advises clients on a wide variety of antitrust issues and other matters. Robin has extensive experience as in-house counsel, having served as antitrust and litigation counsel at Novartis and Diageo before becoming North American General Counsel of Sandoz, a division of Novartis.

Robin commented, "I am thrilled to join such an august board of directors and look forward to working closely with the impressive management team at CPR. I have spent much of my career both in private practice and in-house trying to prevent and efficiently resolve disputes. I believe in the goals of CPR."
